Today, I made cupcakes! Well, for as much as that’s properly possible with a combi microwave.
As you can see in this photo, some ‘cupcakes’ rather turn out like cookies… however, they’re still tasty!
I made cupcakes in several different, experimental flavors: Natural, Nutella, Nutella with oatmeal, coffee, vanilla and peanut butter.

– 1 pack of cake mix (400 grams)
– 3 eggs
– 200 grams of butter
Optional: – Nutella – Peanut butter – Coffee (pre-made) – Vanilla sugar
Simply mix the cake mix, eggs and butter in a large enough bowl, for about 4 minutes. Additionally, you can add milk, but I didn’t do that.
I made some cupcakes using this mixture, then I put some of it in a new bowl and added a spoonful of Nutella. I mixed it again and added them into cupcake forms. Then, I added some oatmeal into the Nutella mixture, mixed it again, put it into cupcake forms.
Next, I created a mixture using the base mix plus a little bit of coffee (black). Mixed it, and put it into cupcake forms. Then, I made a mixture of base mix with a spoonful of peanut butter.
Lastly, I added 8 grams of vanilla sugar to the base mix. Mixed it, and made cupcakes out of this as well.
Using a combi microwave, I baked the cupcakes at 160 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes.

It’s a lot of fun to experiment with different flavors for cupcakes, and all flavors tasted just fine. 🙂
