Look at this slice of pizza made in Blender! Doesn’t it looks delicious?! Well, I hope it does! If you like mushrooms on your pizza… and salami. And a whole lot of cheese! :3
This stylized 3D art of a slice of pizza was inspired by this Stylized Pizza Art Tutorial on YouTube by Farrukh 3D. I did not follow the entire tutorial – I vertex painted my pizza and toppings, for example. And I added some additional ingredients on top. I also did the grease pencil strokes differently, and I used a custom made cork texture for the plate.
I really like how this pizza came out and I very much enjoyed working on it. I did run into a small problem rendering the Grease Pencil strokes though, but I was able to fix that quickly. I jotted that down in this post: Blender Grease Pencil Problem: Strokes Overlay. So that if I run into this problem in the future, I can refer back to it. Plus, it may help some other people!
