So, I saw this character on ArtFight by Spliinkles, thought she looked amazing and decided to give it a go!
This character named Lucille ‘Luci’ Emmerson is strong-willed and speaks her mind, but she’s also great at talking to people. Even though she doesn’t like magical girls who act flashy or treat their powers like a show, she still risks her life to protect them and tries to make them see how important they are.
Doesn’t that sound cool? Exactly!
