I’m really posting this as a reminder for myself, as I always see people bring up this menu with right-click, but my right-click in Blender doesn’t work that way. So I figured out how to enable this handy little menu with a press on the keyboard, and it’s as follows: Go into Edit Mode -> W -> S.
Make sure you have LoopTools enabled in your Add-ons menu.
