Easy Pancakes Recipe

Today I decided to make some pancakes. I don’t make pancakes often at all, especially not from scratch. But these turned out very well, so I decided to write down the recipe!

Making these pancakes was actually very easy, so I will definitely reconsider ever getting pre-made material again.

This is what I used to make the pancakes:

  • 1 cup (mug-sized) flour (patent wheat flour to be exact)
  • 3 tbsp sugar (actually, a little bit less than that, but that’s up to you)
  • 2 biological eggs
  • 1 cup of biological milk
  • little bit of salt

And this is how I made them:

Step 1:
First, I added the flour into a bowl, and sieved it on is way in. Then I added the sugar and mixed it well.

Step 2:
Then, I added the milk and both of the eggs. I mixed it by hand using an egg beater.

Step 3:
Finally, I added a little bit of coconut oil into a pan, let it melt and added some scoops of the mixture on low medium heat. Flipped the pancake after a few minutes.

Step 4:
When the pancake was done, I melted some unsalted butter over it and added some sugar, then rolled it up!
