Every time I look at this drawing, the Pita-Ten intro music starts playing in my head!
I wish: “Hello, wake up Angel”~
If you haven’t listened to the Pita-Ten OP (opening theme song) before, I recommend checking it out. It’s really a really kawaii song!
Misha from Pita-Ten is a super cute and energetic apprentice angel. She has pink hair and wears a frilly dress. Although I only watched maybe a handful of episodes of Pita-Ten, I learned that she’s mostly cheerful and playful. Her story also touches on deeper themes like love, forgiveness, and finding yourself, especially when it comes to her connection with the main character, Kotarou.
The Pita-Ten anime and manga are similar but different. The anime is more focused on comedy and romance, while the manga goes deeper into the characters’ backgrounds and emotions. The manga also gives a more complete ending, while the anime leaves some things open.
If you want a more emotional story, the manga is the way to go, but if you just want a fun and light watch, the anime works too.
Although the shows are not related the art style of Pita-Ten reminds me a lot of that of Digi Charat, a cute anime that I very much enjoyed watching!
