Snap bracelets were a very popular toy in the 1990s. They looked like a flat, straight strip covered in colorful fabric or plastic. When you hit the bracelet against your wrist, it would “snap” and curl around your arm.
The bracelet worked because inside it was a thin, flexible piece of metal. When it was straight, it felt stiff. But when you hit it against your wrist, the metal bent and wrapped around your arm instantly.
I found this snap bracelet in a supermarket at least 10 years ago. When I saw it, it immediately gave me those nostalgic feelings and I had to buy it. :D
