Today’s Dinner: Chicken Thigh Filet with Glass Noodles

In the last three days, I’ve been experimenting with glass noodles. I put them in boiling water for 5 minutes first, cooled them off and later fried them with a bunch of vegetables. Lastly, I added the chicken thighs through it all. I have to say it’s delicious!

Ideal ingredients:

– Chicken thighs
– Soy sauce
– Oyster sauce
– Bok choi
– Spring onions
– Jalapeno/Spanish peppers
– Carrot
– Oyster mushrooms
– Onions
– Garlic cloves
– Egg (scrambled, sliced)
– Spices (salt, pepper, cilantro, celery, ginger powder, thyme etc)
