Today I made a soup for dinner! Again, very easy to prepare and pretty tasty! I added yellow onions, red onions, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika powder, some bay leaves, a bit of chili powder, dried celery, coconut oil, butter and mustard to a pot of boiling water. I also added some cut up potatoes and to give extra flavor, I added slices of bacon and slices of sausage.
The potatoes were nice and soft, so I mashed them around a bit in my plate to help them suck up a bit of the soup. I recommend making a simple soup like this!
I made so much, I have a lot left over actually and I’m excited to have some more tomorrow!
