Veal Ragout with Brown Beans and Smoked Sausage

It is not what we would call a fancy restaurant meal, but was it tasty? Yeah. :)

I cooked the brown beans, ragout and smoked sausage (“rookworst” in Dutch) separated and added them together later. I added a little bit of butter to the ragout, but otherwise nothing was added.

It was tasty and very easy and quick to make. One thing though: I would probably serve the brown beans separately next time, or maybe cook them with onions and a bit of lard.
